Nutritious meals and snacks are just as vital to learning as a well-thought out plan for the day.
I offer children the healthiest foods available in a fun way that allows them to help build their meals and snacks while learning about nutrition through taste, experience and play.
Most foods served are organic-I follow the "Clean Fifteen" and "Dirty Dozen" lists when shopping and with rare exceptions most food is home-made.
I don't think children are at their best when their little bodies are working hard to digest unhealthy foods. I prefer serving whole foods that are easy to digest, fun to prepare and offer benefits far greater than pre-packaged foods.
